Hello! For those in the UK, I hope you all enjoyed exercising your democratic rights in yesterday’s election. Today we look at a last-minute pitch from Keir Starmer (who I am confidently guessing is about to become our new prime minister) to churchgoers and what we can learn about his own approach to the church may be in Downing Street. We also pick up on an attempt to smear a Christian candidate by their association with a controversial pastor, and briefly look at the most prominent (although still very un-prominent) ‘Christian’ political party on offer.
